What is Easy Return?

Alinino.az offers the convenience of easy returns for clothing (excluding undergarments). If you’re unsatisfied with any clothing item purchased from Alinino.az or wish to return it for any reason, you can easily return the items and get a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Clothing Returns:

• Tags must be intact, undamaged, and attached to the item.
• The receipt provided at the time of delivery must be returned to the courier or store cashier.
• All accessories (if included) must be returned in perfect condition.
• Any gifts included with the product must also be returned in their original, undamaged state.
• The return form provided to you must be filled out completely, stating the reason for the return and all necessary details.

NOTE:

According to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Resolution No. 114), the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

1. All types of fabrics and certain items sold by measurement (ribbons, trims, borders), unless they have manufacturing defects.
2. Perfume and cosmetic products.
3. Men’s, women’s, and children’s swimwear.
4. Underwear for infants and toddlers.
5. Household chemical products.
6. Personal hygiene items (toothbrushes, combs, curlers, etc.).
7. Children’s games and toys.
8. Men’s, women’s, and children’s socks, underwear, and undergarments that have been used or are missing tags (excluding manufacturing defects).
9. Plastic products for food storage.
10. Groceries purchased, paid for, and taken from the store (within their shelf life).

Methods for Returning or Exchanging Orders:

• Via Courier:
  A courier return fee of 3 AZN will apply, paid by the customer.

NOTE:
During the return process, the courier or staff member will inspect the product. If the item is in perfect condition, the return will be processed.

• Via Post:
  Returns for orders from regions, other cities, or countries must be made via post.
  The additional postal charges will be covered by the customer.

How Will I Receive My Refund?

• Cash Payments:
  For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be issued in cash when returned via courier or at the store.

• Online Payments:
  For online payments (card transactions), Alinino.az will send a refund request to your bank on the return date. The amount will be credited back to your account according to your bank's policy (approximately 1-14 business days).

• MilliÖn Payments:
  For payments made through MilliÖn terminals, the amount will be refunded to your bank card.

• Alinino.az Gift Card Payments:
  If the payment was made using an Alinino.az Electronic Gift Card, the card will be reactivated after the return is processed.
