Return (exchange) of the order
You can return or exchange your order within 14 days from the day the courier delivers your product.
Return Policy Guidelines:
- The receipt provided during delivery must be returned to the courier or handed to the cashier in-store.
- The purchased product (if it was sealed) must remain unopened and undamaged.
- All additional accessories of the product must be intact.
- If any gift was included with the product, the gift must also be returned complete and undamaged.
- You must fill out the return form provided to you, detailing the reasons and all necessary information regarding the return.
NOTE: According to Resolution No. 114 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All types of fabrics and goods sold by measurement (ribbons, laces, trimmings) unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Perfume and cosmetic products.
- Men’s, women’s, and children’s swimwear.
- Underwear for infants and preschool-aged children.
- Household chemicals.
- Personal hygiene items (toothbrushes, combs, curlers, etc.).
- Children’s toys and games.
- Men’s, women’s, and children’s socks and underwear that have been used or do not have tags, except for manufacturing defects.
- Plastic products for food storage.
- Food products purchased (and removed from the store) that are within their expiry date.
Ways to Return or Exchange Your Order:

Via Courier: You can return the item through a courier service. An additional courier fee of 3 AZN applies, which must be paid by the customer.
NOTE: During the return, our staff will inspect the product. If it is in perfect condition, the return will be processed. -
Via Post:
- For returns from regions, other cities, or countries, items must be sent via post.
- Any additional postal fees must be covered by the buyer.
How Will I Receive My Refund?
- If you paid in cash, your refund will also be issued in cash, whether returned via courier or in-store.
- If you made an online payment (via credit card or Milliön), we will send a refund request to your bank on the day of the return. The refunded amount will be credited to your account by your bank within its standard processing period (approximately 5–40 business days).
What to Do If the Product Has a Warranty?
Alinino.az offers warranties for many products, especially electronics. Warranty periods vary depending on the product.
With proper use as per the product instructions and a completed warranty card, the owner of the product is entitled to technical inspection, replacement, or return in case of defects caused during manufacturing or if the product is deemed unusable.
