Japan Day Held at Ali and Nino Bookstore
📍 On May 18, a vibrant and unique cultural event — Japan Day — took place at the Ali and Nino bookstore in Crescent Mall. The event was organized and supported by the Embassy of Japan in Azerbaijan, and Japanese diplomats also attended the event.
Guests had the opportunity to get closely acquainted with Japan's rich cultural heritage. A special highlight was the photoshoot with traditional Japanese clothing — participants tried on kimonos and accessories and took memorable pictures.
✍️ One of the most engaging parts of the evening was the introduction to Japanese writing. Visitors learned about the kanji and hiragana alphabets and practiced writing their names in Japanese. This interactive experience left a lasting impression on everyone.
📚 A Japanese literature exhibition was also held as part of the event, allowing readers to explore the works of both classic and contemporary Japanese authors.
🌸 Japan Day offered an educational, entertaining, and aesthetically beautiful atmosphere. Ali and Nino continues to bring the world closer to its readers through books.
