The “Ali and Nino” Book Clubs have officially shared their reading program for June, aiming to encourage literary discussions across different languages and cultural perspectives.
The children’s book club will be reading Neil Gaiman’s “The Graveyard Book.”
The Azerbaijani-language group will discuss Nadia Wassef’s “A Bookshop in Cairo.”
The Russian-language group will read “chronicles of a cairo bookseller” by Nadia Wassef.
The English-language group has selected Freida McFadden’s psychological thriller “The Housemaid.”
Organizers noted that the selection aims to bring together different reading tastes and cultural backgrounds, creating a richer and more engaging discussion environment.
